Join us for Little Chef, Big Chef June 13

We are very excited about participating in the 5^th Annual Little Chef, Big Chef Fundraiser at the South Carolina Aquarium on June 13^th. The event, hosted by Piggly Wiggly, is a cooking competition to benefit Louie’s Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting childhood obesity. Some of the most talented ‘Big Chefs’ in the Lowcountry will be paired up with local ‘little chefs’ to create healthy and delicious dishes for guests to enjoy. Best part? YOU get to vote on your favorite pair.

Tickets to this event are available for $65 in advance, or $75 day of, and include beer provided by Southern Eagle and Palmetto Brewery and wine as well as entertainment and hors d’oeuvres. Advance tickets can be purchased at all Charleston area Piggly Wiggly stores or online at Louieskids.org. Purchasing tickets early is strongly encouraged, as space is limited and this event sells out.

With 25 million American children in the obese sector today Cru strongly supports the effort of Louie’s Kids.  The organization works to find the best treatment options to meet the needs of each child. Founded in 2001 in Alexandria, Virginia and operated today out of Charleston, South Carolina, Louie’s Kids serves economically disadvantaged kids nationwide.
