“Thank you for the awesome lunch we had at your restaurant this past Saturday. We never miss a chance to eat at the Cru Cafe while in Charleston. Have you ever thought about creating a cookbook to sell in your restaurant? If not, you should! My husbands jokingly ask what we believe to be the owner for the recipe to the black bean chili we had that day. He told us that they did share their recipes and he would ask someone in the kitchen for the recipe because he had not prepared the chili on that day. I would love it if you would also be willing to share the recipe for the fruit (peach and strawberry)bread pudding. I think I could have ate the entire pan because it was delicious and not overly sweet.
